A web application designed to coordinate field teams, schedule jobs and keep service history in one operational workspace. A concept for an operational platform used by field-service companies: dispatch boards, scheduled jobs, technician status and customer service history working from a single workspace.

The problem
Field teams often rely on disconnected spreadsheets, calls and systems to coordinate jobs and customer history.

A unified operational platform connecting scheduling, field activity, customer records and service history.

Product
Field teams need one place to see what's scheduled, what's in progress and what a customer has had done before. The concept centres the day on a live schedule shared by dispatch and technicians.

Experience / UX
Technicians open a clear job list with location, details and service history. Dispatch builds the day on a schedule, and a live board shows each job's status as it moves from assigned to completed.

Architecture & engineering
A realtime-ready architecture: jobs and status events flow through a typed API into the dashboard, while customer and service records are persisted so any screen can recall the full history.
